May 1-15, BISSELL Pet Foundation is sponsoring adoptions here at Placer SPCA! Their mission with Empty the Shelters is to remove the financial barrier that stands between pets and their potential forever homes. During this adoption promotion, BISSELL Pet Foundation is helping us offer discounted adoption fees in hopes that we can find our animals loving families.
