Surviving Pets Program

There comes a time when we must think about the family who may survive us, including our pets. Those of us who cherish our pets as family members want to make sure they are cared for and loved for their entire lives.

The easiest way to ensure your pet’s lifetime care is to ask a trusted friend or family member to care for your pet should anything happen to you. However, if you don’t have a trusted friend or family member willing to care for your pet, the Placer SPCA may be able to help through our Surviving Pets Program. This program is designed to help pet owners by discussing your specific needs and determine the best course of action, whether by utilizing our program or exploring other sanctuaries and lifetime care facilities.

Providing for your pets doesn’t need to be complicated. To learn more about ensuring lifetime care for your pets, we encourage you to attend a Placer SPCA complimentary workshop.
