The Placer SPCA welcomes a variety of youth service projects that may suit your interests.

The Placer SPCA welcomes a variety of youth service projects that may suit your interests.

Here are a few Youth Service options:

 

  • Host a donation drive or fundraiser. Enlist your classmates, friends and/or family to donate items from our wish list or host a pet food drive to benefit the Pet Food Pantry. You can also raise money by hosting a bake sale, craft sale, or help the planet by collecting recyclables. Just know, the money raised can help the animals in your community. When you’re ready to bring in your donations, be sure to let us know so we can coordinate a time to welcome the gifts and thank you for your hard work.

 

  • Start a Youth for Animals Club at your school.

 

  • Have another idea? Whether it’s creating handmade items for the animals in our care or doing a school project, please contact our Community Engagement Team at communityengagement@placerspca.org and they will be happy to work with you.
