Host an Event at the Placer SPCA
The Placer SPCA is delighted to offer our Community Room for limited community use. Located at the Placer SPCA Adoption & Education Center (200 Tahoe Avenue, Roseville, CA), our space provides a comfortable setting for meetings, gatherings, and special events.

Amenities & Associated Fees
– Community Room
Maximum capacity for the Community Room is 90 people without tables, and 60 with tables. The room can be divided in half for smaller groups, with a maximum capacity of 45 without tables, 30 with tables. Round (60”) and classroom style tables are available for use, along with chairs, an overhead projector, wireless microphone, Wi-Fi and lectern.
Full Room: $400/day (8 hours) or $50/hour (2 hour minimum)
Half Room: $200/day (8 hours) or $25/hour (2 hour minimum)
– Community Courtyard
As part of your Community Room rental, you have access to our Community Courtyard, an outdoor setting with turf grass, partial shade structure, three permanent benches and side entrance/exit for guests.
– Catering Kitchen
The Catering Kitchen connects directly with the Community Room. A large refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, ample counter space and a dishwasher provide for catering needs.
Catering Kitchen: $45 fee
– Parking
Free parking is available. Some restrictions apply.
– Staff Host
For events with 50 or more guests, or those taking place outside of regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), the Placer SPCA may require a staff host to be present.

– Tours
If you’re interested in scheduling a guided tour of our Adoption & Education Center as part of your event, let us know. We’d be happy to arrange a tour during normal shelter hours (Tues-Sat, 11 am to 4 pm) and introduce you and your guests to our mission, programs, and the animals in our care.
