Year-End Giving

Please consider a year-end gift to the Placer SPCA

The Placer SPCA is a private, local 501c3 non-profit organization and is not affiliated with or funded by any other entity such as the ASPCA or HSUS. We rely on the generosity of our community to continue to provide lifesaving care for homeless pets in Placer County, and we need your help now more than ever.

Please enjoy these short films featuring staff  at the Placer SPCA as they walk you through the various programs and services we offer – and why we need your support!

Spotlight: ADOPTIONS

Did you know we help up to 4,000 homeless pets find loving homes every year?

So what’s involved in the adoption process, and who should adopt a furry pal? Check this video to find out – and please consider giving a year-end gift to the Placer SPCA so we can continue to help so many in our community experience the unconditional love of a shelter pet!

Spotlight: LOST & FOUND

We’ve reunited 400 missing pets with their families in 2017 alone. While we don’t wish the heartbreak of losing a pet on anyone, we are overjoyed when families and their missing pets are reunited at our center. Watch our Director of Operations offer tips if your pet ever becomes missing, and ask you to help us continue to assist these sweet animals in finding their way home in 2018.

Spotlight: FOOD ASSISTANCE

The Placer SPCA collects donations of pet food to help hundreds of families facing financial hardship year-round. We need your help to keep this important program running! Would you consider a year-end monetary donation to the Placer SPCA so we can continue to staff and conduct outreach for this very critical program? (We also always need donations of food – and currently we are low on unopened cat food!)

Spotlight: HUMANE EDUCATION

Our Humane Education Program includes a variety of activities for youths in our community, all aimed to encourage them to be kind, responsible, and empathetic toward all creatures. We need your help to continue these important programs in 2018. Would you consider a year-end donation to the Placer SPCA?
