An update from Penelope’s (now Winks) family:
“Foster Fail: We have had over 60 foster kittens in 5 years and haven’t failed…. Until today. There is no doubt that anyone could love her more or she could belong anywhere else. Penelope… now “Winks” came to us less than two weeks old…and we have been through thick and thin. She was at the vet almost every week and we are so grateful to the department. Today she lost her eye (which never opened) but gained her forever home. We did foster a puppy once…. So foster fail #1 Roxie now has a sibling.”
