Circle of Hope legacy society members continue to ensure the future of the Placer SPCA. For more than 50 years, the Placer SPCA has reunited lost pets with their owners, enabled struggling families and individuals to keep their pets when times are tough, and matched homeless pets with those searching for a companion.
